A service says my number is already in use. What can I do?

Short answer

Mobile numbers get reissued by carriers over time, so a service may still link yours to an older account. Tell us, and we can usually move you to a different number.

Every mobile number in the world gets recycled eventually. When a number is reissued, a service with a long memory can still have it attached to someone else's old account and refuse to add it to yours.

Email support@quackr.io from your account email with the name of the service. If the number is blocked there, we can switch you to a fresh one and keep your paid-through date the same.
