How do I cancel Quackr ID?
Short answer
Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Cancel plan, or Cancel trial if you're still on your free trial. You keep everything until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
There's no form to post and nobody to call. We ask why you're leaving, which helps us fix things, and then it's done.
Change your mind before the period ends and you can resume from the same page. Nothing is lost.
If a payment didn't go through, Cancel plan ends the plan straight away and cancels the unpaid payment too, so you won't be charged or chased for it.
You can also cancel in the Quackr ID app, under Billing.
