I forgot my master password. Can you reset it?

When you set up the password manager you were given a recovery kit. Either part of it, the file or the 12 words, gets you back into your vault.

Without the recovery kit, nobody can decrypt the old vault, including us. That's the trade-off of zero-knowledge, and it's also why a breach of our servers wouldn't expose your passwords.
